Scheduling

SCHEDULING1

During the design phase of a project, CORE Services will develop a Master Program Schedule. This schedule is to be used as a tool to proactively manage the project as well as communicate to the Owner, Designers and Trade Contractors the status of the project. This Master Program Schedule is developed to track all aspects including design, permitting, commissioning and close out. Good scheduling eliminates production bottlenecks, ensures that materials are in place when needed, and that the entire team understands important milestone dates.

Our design and construction CPM schedules are developed using Primavera P6, Suretrak or MS Project software (as dictated by the Owner). The schedule is analyzed and updated on a monthly basis (at a minimum), to reflect real-time changes, highlight potential delays, slippages, and critical tasks. As a cost control tool, we load the schedule with cost and resources to reflect progress, cash flow, earned value, and overall cost. Our scheduling services also include time impact analysis and extension of time claims.
